I have to admit to meet staff at a company like this is a rarity. I had ordered some Upstands and as I had'nt been contacted in two days since paying I emailed to ask why. I had recently lost over £800 to a company that had gone bust.
Then I received mail from Mike within minutes even though it was the evening to say that Harry would contact me in the morning. Harry, as promised contacted the following morning to arrange delivery. The goods arrived two days later in perfect condition and just what we wanted. I cannot praise this company or Mike and Harry enough to go beyond the normal, when needed. Customer service second to none. I would recommend Worktop City in an instant.Posted on

I couldn't believe how easy this was once we found the site. We needed rapid delivery - left a message for what we wanted and Mike came back to us around 10pm at night. They had what we wanted in stock and at a very reasonable price - better than some others and could deliver the next but one day! We have the worktops - the driver was great! We are about to fit them tomorrow and are absolutely delighted! You must work really hard to provide this level of service guys, but it is really appreciated!

Delighted with the service, very efficient and driver was great when we said we wanted to check it before he left, he even pointed out a mark and got it off himself. We ordered omega bushboard Dakota surf and are really delighted with it in every way.

I would just like to thank you for your excellent customer service. The delivery driver texted me just after 6 am this morning to say he would be with me at 8am and that is the exact time he arrived! Once again thank you very much and I would recommend you to anyone wanting to get lovely worktops delivered on time!! It makes a refreshing change not to have to wait in all day and then for nothing to arrive!

In these times of indifferent and impersnal service, I would like to commend your sales team for their efficent and exemplary service.
I first ordered from you last December and was impressed by your speed and efficiency. Yesterday I had to re-order, as the kitchen fitter had messed up a section which has now has to be re-done. Not only did I get a next day call to determine delivery, but thanks to a query your guy (Larry ? Harry ? sorry my phone message is a bit off) realised that I had ordered the wrong one !! This has saved me such a lot of time and effort, not too mention money, that I am inspired to write and say a huge THANK YOU ! Do not let him get away !

After contacting this company because the particular bushboard worksurface i required to complete an extention to my kitchen had been discontinued, I was at the end of the road. I then recieved a call a few hours after sending the email, saying they had checked there stock and still had a couple of lengths of this worktop remaining, I placed the order there and then for the 1 piece i required, (Tuesday) it was delivered Friday lunchtime, just need to get it fitted now :/.

Would like to say a big thanks, the items look great, after been let down by the kitchen supplier (and having a complete kitchen with no worktop or sink) you delivered ontime and saved me another 6 weeks worth of ear bashings, Thanks Guys.
